Our charges can be met in various ways:

• In many situations we can be remunerated by commissions paid to us by the institutions to which we introduce your business.
• Alternatively we can charge you a fee for our services, which can be either on a flat rate or an hourly rate basis.

Some of our clients prefer a fee-based approach, whilst many others are more comfortable with a commission basis. Wherever appropriate we will offer you the choice, or if you prefer we are happy to use a combination of both and offset any commissions we receive against our fee. We can usually give you illustrations of the various options so you can make an informed choice, as it is really important to us that you fully understand our charges.

In every case the basis of our remuneration will be transparent and we will explain it in a straightforward and open way before you are committed to any cost.
