We offer you a new and innovative way of managing your pensions and investments through the Sterling Money Manager. Our proposition is made possible through use of an investment platform, or ‘Wrap’, which allows us to manage your investment portfolio in an efficient and effective manner.

What is a Wrap?

Keeping track of your wealth can be difficult as you receive statements at different times of the year and in different formats and layouts. A Wrap enables the elimination of this problem by providing a single platform upon which you can access virtually all quoted UK unit trusts and shares and see at a glance the current value on a single report. The Wrap offers a series of tax wrappers for investment including a cash account, pension, ISA, Unit Trust/OEICs and both Onshore and Offshore Bonds.

Umbrella approach

The Sterling Money Manager is simply an umbrella, under which we can collect all of the different forms of savings you might have, ISAs, Pensions, Stocks and Shares, Unit Trusts and OEICs, Investment Trusts and Cash. Once pooled together, we assess your risk and apply a uniform investment strategy to help you achieve your financial objectives.

Transparent costs

Wrap also enables us to move away from hidden and complicated charging structures to an ‘open architecture’ concept which means that all the costs are transparent and accountable. There are no ‘smoke and mirror’, ‘exit penalties’ or ‘market value adjustments’. This way there can be no product or product provider bias. In return for this specialist management service, we charge a fixed annual management fee, equivalent to 1% per annum. As our own income is directly linked to the value of our clients' portfolios, it is in everyone’s best interests that we work as a genuine partnership. In simple terms, this means that as our clients’ investments prosper, then so will our own fortunes – good news for all concerned.
